Each batch of Cucumber Tonic starts with Swedish cucumbers in all shapes and sizes. We use the peels to make a flavorful syrup that matures for over 24 hours and blend with lemon zest saved from our other batches. The quinine in the tonic enhances the natural bitterness of cucumber for a fresh not-too-sweet pop that tastes just as good mixed into a G&T as it does all on its own. Add to a gin & tonic instead of ice for a cool poptail at home!
